Overview

SPECIFICATION
This is a two-stage high pressure air pump with air cooling and electric motor drive. The motor and the air pump are installed on the air tank including automatic equipment as follows.

PUMPING UNIT

4 cylinders
Air cooling that has split fins at the cylinder block and a flywheel with a fan.
Usable air pressure 125 -175 psi
Maximum air pressure at 175 psi
Provide air volume at 53.7 CFM (at 175 psi)
There is a Centrifugal Unloader Start System.

ELECTRIC MOTOR

"ELTEMEK" brand No.AIS-112M-4 or equivalent
380 Volt electric system with 50 Hz and 3 Phases
15 horsepower
Insulation class F

AIR TANK

Horizontal tank with the capacity by not less than 120 gallons (500 liters)
Designed for the pressure that is not less than 300 psi.
Passed a test at a pressure of 400 psi from an acceptable institute and there is a certified document (option).
Check valve is installed with the internal diameter of 1 "
There is a motor support that can be moved by adjusting including a mechanism for adjusting the belt (option).

STANDARD ACCESSORY

Magnetic Sw. with 380-volt overload
Safety Valve is certified with a standard from an institute that is acceptable (ASME) ***.
Manual drain valve, a brass ball valve type or a glove valve
Pressure Switch
Pressure Gauge can register the pressure from 0-300 psi.
There is the oil level display (a peephole to see the level at the machine room).
